I’ve been taking my rottie here for about a year now and I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the Doctor. My pup can be a little tough to deal with sometimes but he always knows what to do to make him feel comfortable. Recently I had to leave him there for a few hours which made me a little nervous, but i knew he would be well taken care of. The doctor is also always very informative and he makes sure to answer all the questions I have. Definitely would recommend:)

Not good customer service at all. The people at the front desk need to realize the people coming in are what pay their checks. They aren't clear on what they are doing either. They take your dog in an entire separate room for the exam without telling you what is going on. Then want to automatically give a 2 month old puppy antibiotics without even a diagnosis. Then they said they tried secrete our puppies anal glands and she's too little. Then they charge $75! For what?! They definitely aren't somewhere I would ever go again. Beware of the 4.7 stars. Obviously it's the veterinarians friends doing the reviews.Go elsewhere and save yourself the money. Went to a good vet on Monday. What a waste of money!!!

Horrible Doctor works here. He tried to kill my pet with a reckless surgery. There were complications with the sutures healing, so we had to keep returning. This crooked hospital kept charging for post op check ups. The doctor recommended Euthanasia during the 3rd or 4th post op visit due to sutures not healing. That pissed me off! Luckily we didn't listen to the Dr. Since our pet has lived or a year since that butcher touched my pet. WARNING STAY AWAY

Dr. Hoag saw us through our blue pit’s sudden cancer diagnosis 4 years ago, and we greatly appreciated her kindness and compassion. We had our older dog that passed at home cremated through a different vet and were charged over $700 for a small dog. Dr. Hoag told me she does not profit from the loss of pets and that the cremation fees would simply be what the crematory charged, at the time $200, when it came time to make the decision to euthanize our dog. Fast forward to this year, and my white pit bull developed a mass on her abdomen. Dr. Carn was honest with us and kept us posted along the way. His compassion for our dog’s unique health issues has far surpassed my expectations. She is partially deaf and has bad separation anxiety, Dr. Carn continuously works with me to give her the best level of care while also respecting her anxiety. As we wait for more lab results, Dr. Carn called me himself to let me know there was a delay and that he would call me with an update by end of day and to expect the results tomorrow. We will continue taking our pets to Veterinarians that have made it clear that the pet’s well being is top priority.

Dr. Hogan is awesome! She repaired a severe hernia on my yorkie poo, Bruiser. He’s recovering well, no signs of fluid as she expected and the incision is clean and neat. It’s very apparent she cares for our pups and is passionate about what she does. She took her time to explain her findings, the surgery, next steps, possible risks, after care, and answered all my questions and even called over the weekend to check on him. We found a forever vet! I definitely recommend!
